Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
1. Welcome Aboard
These Terms of Service govern your use of Traken, a release tracking and incident management platform operated by Traken Labs. By signing up, logging in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
Traken is built for engineering teams to track releases and manage incidents. Do not use the service to store or transmit illegal content, spam, malware, or to interfere with other users' workspaces. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Data & Integrations
You retain ownership of the data you import or generate in Traken, including release logs, incident reports, and workspace configurations. You grant Traken a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. When you connect third-party integrations (GitHub, GitLab, Slack, webhooks), you are also bound by those providers' terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep Traken available at all times, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen issues. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses caused by temporary service interruptions.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days unless we are legally obligated to retain it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
